Mr. Oh, a partner of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, is currently leading Antitrust and Competition team. He has advised and represented domestic and international corporate clients in a variety of antitrust issues such as cartels, merger controls, abuse of dominance, suits for damages and unfair trade practices. Ha was also proudly named by International Financial Law Review (IFLR) as a “Leading Lawyer” in competition area.
Prior to transition to private practice of law, he served on the bench for 12 years. Mr. Oh, after completing his military service as a judge advocate of the Korean Army, worked as judge at the Seoul District Court and the Sokcho Branch Court and as research judge at the Supreme Court. He started his private practice in Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2004.
Mr. Oh’s practice primarily focuses on antitrust and completion matters but he also handles tax matters based on his experience as a tax advisor to the National Tax Service and a professor at the Judicial Research and Training Institute. He published the book titled “Fair Transaction Act in Large Distribution Industry: Cases and Theories.”
